Omschrijving
EILANDPERRON met overkapping en bebouwing. De overkapping bestaat uit een dubbele rij T-spanten, aan de oostkant uitlopend in een enkele rij, aan de westkant verder uit elkaar staand waarbij ook de kap zich splitst (herinnerend aan de doodlopende sporen van de Overijsselse Lokaal Spoorlijn Deventer-Ommen). De spanten bestaan uit geklonken vollewands I-profielen, verbonden door vakwerk lengteliggers. Midden boven de spanten is in vakwerk een lichtbeuk gemaakt. Spanten en lichtbeuk zijn afgedekt met houten delen. Tussen de spanten zijn vier bakstenen perronbebouwingen geplaatst. Van west naar oost respectievelijk een toiletgebouw (met tegeltableaux met de opschriften "mannen" en "vrouwen"), twee wachtkamers (met "wachtkamer 1e en 2de klasse" en "wachtkamer 3de klasse") en een dienstgebouw (met "plaatskaarten telegraaf" en "stationschef"). Alle gebouwen hebben natuurstenen gevelelementen. In de wachtkamers houten en tegellambrizeringen en houten banken. Aan de buitenzijde van het dienstgebouw houten banken.
De bestrating van en de toegangen tot het perron, waaronder een liftgebouwtje, zijn modern.

ISLAND PLATFORM with canopy and buildings. The canopy consists of a double row of T-trusses, ending in a single row on the east side, spaced further apart on the west side with the roof also splitting (recalling the dead-end tracks of the Overijssel Local Railway Deventer-Ommen). The trusses consist of riveted solid-web I-profiles, connected by lattice longitudinal beams. In the middle above the trusses a light bay is made in lattice work. Trusses and light bay are covered with timber components. Between the trusses four brick platform buildings are placed. From west to east respectively a toilet building (with tile tableaux with the inscriptions "men" and "women"), two waiting rooms (with "1st and 2nd class waiting room" and "3rd class waiting room") and an office building (with "seat cards telegraph" and "station master"). All buildings have natural stone facade elements. In the waiting rooms wooden and tile wainscoting and wooden benches. On the outside of the office building wooden benches.
The paving of and access to the platform, including a small lift building, are modern.
