LANDHUIS op rechthoekige grondslag met risalieten opgetrokken in witgepleisterde baksteen over twee bouwlagen onder schilddak met Hollandse pannen gedekt. Op de nokeinden schoorstenen met uitzwenkende tentdakjes. Rondom een gootlijst op klossen. Alle vensters, behalve van de dakkapellen, de serre en het balkon zijn behangen met persiennes.
In de voorgevel een middenrisaliet met fronton onder een steekkap. Voor het risaliet een fors halfrond balkon gedragen door Ionische zuilen, waaronder zich de entree bevindt, geflankeerd door twee vensters. Op de verdieping twee dubbele achtruits glasdeuren. In het tympaan een roosvenster. Aan weerszijden van het risaliet op de begane grond twee dubbele rechtgesloten achtruits glasdeuren met rondbogen aan de binnenzijde van het raamhout met radiale drieruits roedenverdeling. Op de verdieping twee zestienruits schuifvensters. In het dakschild twee dakkapellen onder steekkappen met drie vierruits vensters.
In de linker zijgevel op de begane grond twee maal dezelfde glasdeuren als in de voorgevel. Op de verdieping het dichtgezette balkon. In het dakschild de dakkapel onder steekkap met zesruits draairamen. Links de korte gevel van de serre met afgeronde hoek.
De achtergevel heeft in het midden een forse risaliet waarin het trappenhuis is ondergebracht. Op de begane grond een meerruits drielicht, op de verdieping idem met bovenlichten. Het risaliet eindigt in de balustrade van het balkon op de zolderverdieping. Hier eveneens een risaliet onder afgeknotte steekkap, op het plat een balustrade. Rechts van het risaliet de dichtgezette serre met Dorische kolommen. Tussen de kolommen rechtgesloten twaalfruits glasdeuren en vensters met rondbogen aan de binnenzijde van het raamhout met radiale vijfruits roedenverdeling. Op de verdieping twee zestienruits schuifvensters. Pal naast het risaliet een dakkapel onder steekkap met drie vierruits vensters. In de linkerzijde van de achtergevel risaleert het dakschild. Links op de begane grond een keukenuitbouw onder afgeknotte steekkap met balustrade op het plat, hier en op de verdieping zestienruits vensters.
In de rechter zijgevel rechts een meerruits vierlicht met dubbel ojiefvormige dorpel en kwartronde raamhouten aan de binnenzijde. Links een dubbel zesruits draairaam met rondbogen aan de binnenzijde van het raamhout met radiale drieruits roedenverdeling. Op de verdieping twee zestienruits schuifvensters. In het dakschild een dakkapel onder steekkap met dubbel zesruits draairaam.
Het interieur is intact gebleven sinds 1946. Van belang zijn onder meer: de vestibule met lambrizering en kasten met spiegeldeuren op marmeren plint die toegang geeft tot het trappenhuis met monumentale keizerstrap, afgetimmerd met houten lambrizeringen, Dorische kolommen en getordeerde balusters; beglaasde suite-deuren tussen het trappenhuis en de eetkamer met in hout uitgevoerd haardzitje; lampen ontworpen door Edwina Ewing; een in de lambrizering opgenomen schouw met getordeerde zuilen in de woonkamer; een stucplafond en een granito vloer in de serre, een in de twintiger jaren dichtgezette veranda; slaap- en badkamers met origineel sanitair, betegeld of met houten kastombouw, op de verdieping .

Landhuis Zonnebeek van cultuur-, architectuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang:

MANOR HOUSE on a rectangular ground plan with projecting sections built in whitewashed brick over two storeys under a hipped roof with Dutch tiles. At the ridge ends chimneys with swung-out tent roof dormer ends. All around a drip moulding on corbels. All windows, except those of the roof dormers, the conservatory and the balcony are hung with Venetian blinds.
In the front facade a central projecting section with pediment under a steep gable. Before the projecting section a substantial semicircular balcony supported by Ionic columns, beneath which the entrance is located, flanked by two windows. On the upper storey two double-glazed glass doors with rear panes. In the tympanum a rose window. On either side of the projecting section on the ground floor two double straight-closing rear-paned glass doors with semicircular arches on the inside of the window frame with radial three-paned glazing bars. On the upper storey two sixteen-paned sash windows. In the roof section two roof dormers under steep gables with three four-paned windows.

On the left side of the rear facade the roof section projects. On the left on the ground floor a kitchen extension under truncated steep gable with balustrade on the flat surface, here and on the upper storey sixteen-paned windows.
In the right side facade on the right a multi-paned four-light window with double ogival sill and quarter-round window frames on the inside. The interior has remained intact since 1946. Of importance are among others: the vestibule with wainscoting and cupboards with mirror doors on a marble plinth which provides access to the staircase with monumental imperial staircase, finished with wooden wainscoting, Doric columns and twisted balusters; glazed suite doors between the staircase and the dining room with a fireplace inglenook executed in wood; lamps designed by Edwina Ewing; a fireplace incorporated in the wainscoting with twisted columns in the living room; a stucco ceiling and a granito floor in the conservatory, a veranda closed off in the nineteen-twenties; bedrooms and bathrooms with original sanitary ware, tiled or with wooden cupboard surround, on the upper storey.
