Omschrijving
Houten SCHUUR op plint onder met oud Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak met windveren.
In beide kopse gevels een dubbele opgeklampte staldeur geflankeerd door vierruits stalramen met afgeschuinde hoeken. Boven de staldeur een hooiluik met in de noordgevel aan weerszijden een twaalfruits draaivenster en in de zuidgevel rechts een liggend achtruits venster.
In de zijgevels aan de oostzijde vier liggende achtruits vensters en aan de westzijde verschillende vensters en staldeuren.
Waardering
Schuur van cultuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang:
- als onderdeel van het complex
- door de functioneel ruimtelijke samenhang met de andere gebouwen op het landgoed
- vanwege de nog herkenbare samenhang met de tuinaanleg van het landgoed Het Oldenzaalsveen

Wooden BARN on plinth under a gabled roof covered with old Dutch tiles with wind vanes.
In both end facades a double clamped stable door flanked by four-pane stable windows with bevelled corners. Above the stable door a hay loft with in the north facade on either side a twelve-pane casement window and in the south facade on the right a horizontal four-pane window.
In the side facades on the east side four horizontal four-pane windows and on the west side various windows and stable doors.
