Bakstenen HOOFDGEBOUW De Berencamp bestaande uit een vijftiende-eeuws rechthoekig deel (zuid) van twee bouwlagen en een kapverdieping onder een met rode oudhollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak tussen trapgevels en een daarop aansluitend zeventiende-eeuws deel (noord), dat in 1842 is verlaagd tot één bouwlaag en een kapverdieping onder een lessenaarsdak. In de top van de trapgevels zijn duivengaten. In de zuidgevel bevinden zich op de begane grond twee houten kruiskozijnen (waarvan één opkamervenster), een recent aangebrachte deur en op de verdieping twee gemetselde kruiskozijnen. Aan de linkerkant, aansluitend op deze gevel, een gemetselde muur onder een ezelsrugafdekking met een poortje. De vrij gesloten westgevel heeft enkele kleine vensteropeningen (vensterlichten en een kloostervenster) en in het verlaagde deel een meerruits schuifvenster. In de noordgevel de toegangsdeur in een houten portaal met rechts een vensterlicht en links een meerruits venster. De oostgevel kent een regelmatige indeling met twee boven elkaar geplaatste kruiskozijnen, vensterlichten in de top en eveneens een kruiskozijn en een vensterlicht in het verlaagde gedeelte. De indeling van het INTERIEUR is eenvoudig. Het oudste (zuidelijke) deel is in tweeën verdeeld, met een woonkamer met schouw en 17de-eeuws eiken muurkastje in het oostelijke deel en een onderkelderde opkamer met schouw en eikenhouten renaissanceboezem en dito muurkastje aan de andere zijde. Samengestelde balklaag. Kelder met tongewelf en rode en grijze plavuizen op de vloer. Het noordelijke gedeelte had aanvankelijk ook een tweedeling. Balklaag met vroeg 17de-eeuwse sleutelstukken in dit deel. In het westelijke vertrek (achter de kelder) was een keuken ingericht. Pomp en pompbak bewaard gebleven. In dit vertrek bevindt zich de 17de-eeuwse houten spiltrap met ingesneden handgreep naar de verdieping. In de 19de eeuw is van het oostelijke vertrek door middel van een houten wand een gang afgescheiden. Op de verdieping bevindt zich in de zuidoostelijke kamer een gemetselde gotische schouw. De zolder van het oudste deel met kapconstructie met gesneden merken (rechts gebroken).

Brick MAIN BUILDING De Berencamp consisting of a fifteenth-century rectangular section (south) of two storeys and a storey in the roof space under a gabled roof covered with red Dutch-style tiles between stepped gables and an adjoining seventeenth-century section (north), which was lowered in 1842 to one storey and a storey in the roof space under a catslide roof. In the top of the stepped gables are dovecots. In the south façade on the ground floor are two wooden cross windows (one of which is a casement window), a recently inserted door and on the upper floor two brick cross windows. On the left side, adjoining this façade, a brick wall under a saddle-back coping with a small gate. The relatively closed west façade has a few small window openings (window lights and a monastery window) and in the lowered section a multi-pane sash window. In the north façade the entrance door in a wooden portico with on the right a window light and on the left a multi-pane window. The east façade has a regular layout with two cross windows placed one above the other, window lights at the top and likewise a cross window and a window light in the lowered section. The layout of the INTERIOR is simple. The oldest (southern) section is divided in two, with a sitting room with chimney and 17th-century oak wall cupboard in the eastern section and a cellared parlour with chimney and oak Renaissance overmantel and likewise wall cupboard on the other side.
