TB-huisje daterend omstreeks 1910 behorende tot het complex bestaande uit woonhuis, koetshuis en kaaspakhuis.
Omschrijving
Eenvoudig houten TB-HUISJE van één bouwlaag op vierkante plattegrond onder een lessenaardak. In de voorgevel een dubbele glasdeur tussen twee vensters. De rechthoekige vensters en de ramen in de deuren zijn aan boven-en onderzijde voorzien van een reeks van drie kleine vierkante vensterruitjes. In de zijgevels twee identieke vensters.
Waardering
Het TB-huisje is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuur- en architectuurhistorische waarden als vrij gaaf, representatief en regionaal zeldzaam voorbeeld van een TB-huisje van dit type.

Simple wooden TB-COTTAGE of one storey on a square plan under a lean-to roof. In the front facade a double glass door between two windows.
