KAASPAKHUIS in 1902 naar ontwerp van A. Romeyn tot stand gekomen en uitgevoerd in Overgangsarchitectuur.
Omschrijving
Kaaspakhuis van drie bouwlagen op rechthoekige plattegrond onder een gebroken zadeldak met zwarte kruispannen gedekt. De gepleisterde plint en de speklagen in de gevels van het woonhuis en koetshuis lopen door in die van het pakhuis. Op de begane grond in de voorgevel (noord) een dubbele opgeklampte getoogde inrijdeur met decoratieve gietijzeren roosters als in het koetshuis onder een segmentboog tussen twee vensters met luiken. Op de verdieping een rechtgesloten luik tussen twee vensters. Zolderverdieping met centraal luik tussen twee gietijzeren roosvensters en in de geveltop een hijsbalk. Wit geschilderd fries met opschrift N.V. Hollandsche Kaashandel. In de wit geschilderde zijgevel (west) vier vensterassen met rechtgesloten vensteropeningen en houten luiken. Inwendig op de begane grond een betegelde koelruimte en koelcel. Op de verdiepingen restanten van de oorspronkelijke stellingen en kaasplanken.

Cheese warehouse of three storeys on a rectangular plan under a broken gabled roof clad with black clay roof tiles.
