SCHUUR daterend uit 1899 en onderdeel van het boerderijcomplex 'Voorzorg'.
Omschrijving
Schuur van één bouwlaag met zolderverdieping op langgerekte rechthoekige plattegrond onder zadeldak met kruispannen gedekt. Windveren aan voor- en achtergevel evenals aan de boerderij met geveltekens. In de voorgevel (noord) twee grote dubbele inrijdeuren onder getoogde strekken met gepleisterde sierstenen. De deuren zijn voorzien van panelen met sierlijke profiellijsten. Geveltop met zolderluik onder halfrond bovenlicht. In de zijgevels (oost en west) op onregelmatige afstand van elkaar opgeklampte staldeuren met drieruits bovenlichten onder strekken versierd met gele baksteen. In de oostgevel ook enkele getoogde stalvensters. Achtergevel (zuid) met hooiluik onder keperboogvenster als in de achtergevel van de boerderij. De oorspronkelijke indeling van de schuur is in grote lijnen gehandhaafd.
Waardering
De schuur is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuur- en architectuurhistorische waarden wegens de ruimtelijke, functionele en stilistische samenhang met de boerderij en de redelijke mate van gaafheid in hoofdvorm, materiaalgebruik en detaillering. Voorts is de schuur van situationele waarde vanwege de beeldbepalende ligging aan het Wilsveen in de nabijheid van de molendriegang van de Driemanspolder.

Description
Barn of one storey with loft storey on elongated rectangular plan under gabled roof covered with crossed pantiles. Wind braces at front and rear facades as well as on the farm building with carpenters' marks. In the front facade (north) two large double entrance doors under arched stretches with plastered ornamental stones. The doors are provided with panels with ornate moulding lines. Gable top with hay door under semicircular fanlight. In the side facades (east and west) at irregular intervals clamped stall doors with three-pane fanlights under stretches decorated with yellow brick. In the east facade also some arched stall windows. Rear facade (south) with hay door under herringbone-arch-shaped window as in the rear facade of the farm building. The original layout of the barn has been maintained in broad outline.
Valuation
The barn is of general importance due to its cultural and architectural-historical values because of the spatial, functional and stylistic coherence with the farm building and the reasonable degree of integrity in main form, material use and detailing. Furthermore, the barn is of situational value due to its visually distinctive location at the Wilsveen in the vicinity of the mill tripod of the Driemanspolder.
