Omschrijving
Het zuidwestelijk of rechter BOUWHUIS dateert van 1725. Het oorspronkelijke schilddak is bij een renovatie in 1900 vervangen door een zadeldak tussen geveltoppen, die zijn geïnspireerd op die van de 16de-eeuwse woonvleugel. Het gebouw gaf onderdak aan vast inwonend personeel. Gebouw, opgetrokken van rode baksteen, van een bouwlaag, een halve verdieping en een kap hoog onder zadeldak met grijze pannen tussen schoudergevels. De gevel is met lisenen geleed. In het midden een risalerend gedeelte met rondboogpoort met dubbele deuren, waarboven een zandstenen fronton met uitstralende knorrenversiering en ANNO en 1725. Gekorniste gootlijst. Description
The south-western or right OUTBUILDING dates from 1725. The original hipped roof was replaced during a renovation in 1900 by a gabled roof between gable tops inspired by those of the 16th century residential wing. The building provided accommodation for permanent staff. Building constructed of red brick, of one storey, a half storey and a roof space high under a gabled roof with grey tiles between shoulder gables. The gable is divided by pilasters. In the middle a projecting section with a round-arched gateway with double doors, above which a sandstone pediment with radiating ornamental knots and ANNO and 1725. Corniced gutter line. In the right section a residential part with windows of various types. In the left section blind fields with stretches above door and window. Rear gable broken through with glazed windows. This outbuilding is connected to the castle by a slightly curved brick wall with natural stone ornaments at the corners and an arched door.
