Omschrijving onderdeel 3A: BOUWHUIS, XVIII-XIX.
Langgerekt bakstenen gebouw evenwijdig aan de Deventerdijk direct ten westen van de dam; één bouwlaag onder schilddak met rode pannen; twee dienstwoningen aan de uiteinden; twee ronde inrijdeuren en halve kruisramen met zandstenen lateien en dorpels in de zuidelijke langsgevel; de woningen hebben getoogde vier- en zeslichtsvensters; de oostelijke woning heeft aan de straatzijde een topgevel.

Description of component 3A: FARMHOUSE, 18th-19th centuries.
Elongated brick building parallel to the Deventerdijk directly west of the dam; one storey under a hipped roof with red tiles; two service dwellings at the ends; two round entrance gates and half cross windows with sandstone lintels and sills in the southern long facade; the dwellings have arched four- and six-light windows; the eastern dwelling has a gabled roof on the street side.
