TUINHUISJE, XXa, houten bouwsel op rechthoekige plattegrond in chaletstijl; donkergroen geverfd; het zadeldak met ruim overstek is flauw hellend en gedekt met eternite shingles; het huisje diende indertijd als kleedruimte bij de inmiddels verdwenen tennisbaan; het staat in het noordelijk (is het hoogste) deel van het park onder de rode beuken langs het rondgaande pad en heeft ook de functie van "folly".

GARDEN HOUSE, early 20th century, wooden building on rectangular ground plan in chalet style; painted dark green; the gabled roof with generous overhang has a shallow pitch and is covered with asbestos shingles; the building originally served as a changing room at the now vanished tennis court; it stands in the northern (the highest) part of the park under the red beeches along the circumferential path and also serves as a "folly".
