Omschrijving onderdeel 1:
HOOFDGEBOUW, XVII en XVIII, mergelstenen gebouw op rechthoekige plattegrond; twee bouwlagen op hoge kelderverdieping; kelders en ronde toren aan achterzijde XV of ouder; uitzwenkend schilddak met leien; op zuidoosthoek een arkeltorentje onder achthoekig leien helmdak, XVII; bakstenen koetshuis als latere uitbreiding aan de oostgevel onder zadeldak met grijze pannen, XIX; exterieur in 1883 ingrijpend veranderd met toevoegingen: a. trap (13 treden) met even breed bordes naar hoofdingang; smeedijzeren balustrade; b. als bekroning van de in het midden van de zuidgevel gelegen ingangspartij is boven de gootlijst een dakkapelachtig bouwsel in mergel geplaatst: tussen twee pilasters met cannelures een blind oeuil-de-boeuf, waarin een uurwerk; naast de pilasters voluutvormige wangen; het geheel bekroond door een fronton, waarop een metalen adelaar; c. balustrade op de ronde toren; d. verder is er kort na 1883 aan de voorgevel rechts van de ingang een houten serre op mergelstenen onderbouw met achthoekig torenvormig element geplaatst; e. aan de westgevel met blindvensters het restant van de borstwering in mergel van een 19e eeuwse muurkas, die inmiddels verdwenen is. De parterre heeft achtruits-vensters, de verdieping zesruits-vensters.

MAIN BUILDING, 17th and 18th centuries, marl stone building on rectangular ground plan; two storeys on a high basement storey; cellars and round tower on rear side 15th century or older; projecting hipped roof with slate; on the south-east corner a small corner tower under an octagonal slate helm roof, 17th century; brick coach house as later extension on the east facade under gabled roof with grey tiles, 19th century; exterior extensively altered in 1883 with additions: a. steps (13 treads) with equally wide landing to main entrance; wrought-iron balustrade; b. as a crown to the entrance section located in the middle of the south facade, above the gutter line a roof-light-like structure in marl has been placed: between two pilasters with flutings a blind oeil-de-boeuf, in which a clock; scroll-shaped sides next to the pilasters; the whole crowned by a pediment, on which a metal eagle; c. balustrade on the round tower; d. shortly after 1883, a wooden conservatory on a marl stone base with an octagonal tower-like element was placed on the front facade to the right of the entrance; e. on the west facade with blind windows the remains of the breastwork in marl of a 19th-century wall cupboard, which has since disappeared. The ground floor has eight-pane windows, the upper storey six-pane windows.
