Omschrijving onderdeel 2: PARKAANLEG, bestaande uit: a. oprijlaan b. park c. rozentuin d. moestuin en boomgaard e. restgebied en bedrijfsterrein
Addendum a.: de oprijlaan, min of meer evenwijdig aan de zuidgevel van het hoofdgebouw, loopt vanaf Kapolder naar de poorttoren (zie onder 3); links en rechts een enkelvoudige rij leilinden; grindverharding. Tracée zeventiende eeuw-achttiende eeuw. Addendum b.: het park in landschapsstijl, derde kwart negentiende eeuw, beslaat het grootste deel van het complexgebied en ligt ten noorden, ten westen en ten zuidwesten van het huis; het zuidwestelijke deel ligt ten zuiden van de oprijlaan. Het park bestaat uit een groot rond grasveld en enkele kleinere; alle met rondgaande paden en randbeplanting van heesters en opgaande bomen, waaronder monumentale oude rode beuken en suikeresdoorns. Addendum c.: de geometrische rozentuin, eerste kwart twintigste eeuw, ligt ten zuiden van de oprijlaan tussen de tuinmuur (zie onder 6) en het zuidwestelijke parkdeel. Addendum d.: ten zuiden van de rozentuin en de boerderij (zie onder 4) ligt de plaats van de moestuin, achttiende eeuw-negentiende eeuw; de huidige, nieuwe indeling, dat wil zeggen: grasveld met haagjes en bloemperken, valt buiten de bescherming. Er ligt een kleine boomgaard, negentiende eeuw, aan de rand van het park ten noordoosten van het huis. Addendum e.: de rest van het complexgebied bestaat uit de nieuwe inrichting (onder andere een parkeerplaats) van de terreinen direct ten zuiden en oosten naast het huis (Nota bene: deze nieuwe inrichtingen vallen dus buiten de bescherming), en verder uit erf en bedrijfsterrein van de boerderij. Het weiland ten zuiden van het complex is beschermd om landschappelijk-visuele redenen.

Addendum a.: the drive, more or less parallel to the south facade of the main building, runs from Kapolder to the gate tower (see under 3); on left and right a single row of linden trees; gravel surfacing. Layout from the 17th-18th century. Addendum b.: the park in landscape style, third quarter 19th century, covers the largest part of the complex area and lies to the north, west and south-west of the house; the south-western part lies to the south of the drive. The park consists of a large circular lawn and several smaller ones; all with circumferential paths and marginal plantings of shrubs and trees, including monumental old red beeches and sugar maples. Addendum c.: the geometric rose garden, first quarter 20th century, lies to the south of the drive between the garden wall (see under 6) and the south-western park section. Addendum d.: to the south of the rose garden and the farmhouse (see under 4) lies the site of the kitchen garden, 18th-19th century; the current new layout, that is to say: lawn with hedgerows and flower beds, falls outside the protected area. A small orchard, 19th century, lies at the edge of the park to the north-east of the house.
