Inleiding
De fietsenstalling van Bornia werd gebouwd in 1921 in neoclassicistische stijl. Het gebouwtje is gebouwd door aannemer Van Dusschoten.
Omschrijving
Door middel van een muur verbonden aan en ten noordwesten van het hoofdgebouw gelegen FIETSENSTALLING van één bouwlaag op rechthoekige plattegrond onder een plat dak. Het object is witgepleisterd en rondom voorzien van een geprofileerde goot.
De voorgevel aan de noordzijde is door middel van vier Toscaanse zuilen aan elkaar gekoppeld door segmentbogen, opengewerkt als een loggia. Hierachter bevinden zich drie houten deuren met getoogde panelen. Onder de daklijst staat het jaartal MCMXXI (1921) vermeld. De voorgevel wordt bekroond door een fronton met een timpaan waarin een geprofileerd medaillon gezet is.
De linker- en rechterzijgevel bevatten twee segmentboogvormige spaarvelden. De achtergevel bevat drie segmentboogvormige spaarvelden. Deze gevel wordt net als de voorgevel bekroond door een timpaan.
Waardering
De fietsenstalling is van architectuurhistorische waarde vanwege het bouwtype en de bouwstijl. Voorts is het object van ensemblewaarde als onderdeel van de buitenplaats Bornia.

Connected by means of a wall to and located to the northwest of the main building BICYCLE SHED of one storey on a rectangular ground plan under a flat roof. The object is rendered white and provided all around with a profiled gutter.
The front facade on the north side is connected by means of four Tuscan columns by segment arches, opened out as a loggia. Behind this are three wooden doors with arched panels. Under the eaves line the date MCMXXI (1921) is indicated. The front facade is crowned by a pediment with a tympanum in which a profiled medallion is set.
The left and right side facades contain two segment arch-shaped sparing fields. The rear facade contains three segment arch-shaped sparing fields. This facade is, like the front facade, crowned by a tympanum.
