Inleiding
De houten villa, thans genaamd `Boschlust', is gebouwd in 1921 voor W.H. Kamerbeek. Het pand, dat bestaat uit houten pakketbouw, is waarschijnlijk gebouwd naar een Duits ontwerp, gezien de tekst op de bouwtekening. Tussen 1973 en 1977 is het pand gerestaureerd. In de tuin bevindt zich een tuinhuis dat buiten de bescherming valt.
Omschrijving
De aan de Arnhemse Bovenweg, op de hoek van de Gezichtslaan gelegen VILLA is op een rechthoekige plattegrond in hout opgetrokken en telt één bouwlaag onder een met rode kruispannen gedekte, licht uitzwenkende mansardekap met de nok evenwijdig aan de Arnhemse Bovenweg. De vensters zijn voorzien van roedenverdelingen. De eerste bouwlaag bestaat uit zwart geteerde horizontale houten delen. De voor- en de achtergevel worden gekenmerkt door een in het midden geplaatste topgevel met een steekkap met lagere nokhoogte. De topgevels zijn betimmerd met vertikale messing-en-groef delen; het bovenste gedeelte van de top is witgeschilderd. In de voorgevel bevinden zich in de eerste bouwlaag vensters met luiken en een stolpende deur. De topgevel bevat drie vensters en een klein zoldervenster. De rechterzijde van de voorgevel heeft een afgeschuinde hoek.
De rechter- en linkerzijgevel bevatten elk in de eerste bouwlaag vensters met luiken. Op de verdieping is in de rechterzijgevel in het midden een deur met balkon gezet. Ter weerszijden is een venster geplaatst. In de top bevindt zich een zoldervenster met kruisroeden. De linkerzijgevel bevat de entree en in de tweede bouwlaag een venster in plaats van een balkon. Voor het overige is deze gevel conform de rechterzijgevel.
Tegen de achtergevel is rechts een aanbouw geplaatst die buiten de bescherming valt. De gevel bevat een venster, een liggend strokenvenster en een deur. De indeling van de topgevel is identiek aan de voorgevel.

The VILLA situated on the Arnhemse Bovenweg, at the corner of the Gezichtslaan, is constructed in wood on a rectangular plan and comprises one storey under a mansard roof covered with red cross tiles, slightly swelling outwards with the ridge parallel to the Arnhemse Bovenweg. The windows are provided with glazing bars. The first storey consists of black-tarred horizontal wooden parts. The front and rear gables are characterized by a gable with a roof lantern positioned in the middle with a lower ridge height. The gables are clad with vertical tongue-and-groove parts; the upper part of the gable is painted white. In the front gable on the first storey are windows with shutters and a pivoting door. The gable contains three windows and a small attic window. The right side of the front gable has a bevelled corner.
The right and left side gables each contain windows with shutters on the first storey. On the upper storey a door with balcony is set in the middle of the right side gable.
