Omschrijving
Vermoedelijk uit de 18de eeuw daterende ZONNEWIJZER die tussen 1855 en 1869 bij De Wiersse geplaatst werd en thans (1996) op het gazon op het voorplein staat. Op de 13 vlakken van deze polyedrische Baumberger stenen zonnewijzer bevinden zich restanten van plaatselijke zonnetijd-aanwijzingen. De forse SOKKEL is ook van Baumberger steen.
De ZONNEWIJZER op SOKKEL behorende tot de historische buitenplaats De Wiersse is van algemeen belang:
- vanwege de ouderdom;

Description
A SUNDIAL probably dating from the 18th century which was placed at De Wiersse between 1855 and 1869 and now (1996) stands on the lawn on the forecourt. On the 13 faces of this polyhedral Baumberger stone sundial are remnants of local solar time markings. The substantial PEDESTAL is also of Baumberger stone.
