Inleiding
BOERDERIJ van het hallehuistype; de dwarsdeelvariant van de voor deze streekkenmerkende langhuisboerderij. De boerderij werd rond 1860 in Traditioneel Ambachtelijke stijl gebouwd.
Omschrijving
Deels onderkelderde BOERDERIJ vanaf een deels gepleisterde, deels geschilderde plint opgetrokken in gele ijsselsteen onder een rietgedekt wolfsdak met gesmoorde nokvorsten.
Het woonhuisgedeelte heeft zesruits schuifvensters met luiken, in het staldeel zijn overwegend rondboogvormige gietijzeren stalvensters met een radiale roedenverdeling geplaatst.
In de voorgevel bevinden zich drie vensters en een vernieuwde deur onder een bovenlicht. Links daarvan een kleiner venster met daaronder een keldervenster.
De zolderverdieping heeft twee vierruits vensters. In de rechter zijgevel zijn drie vensters en een deur geplaatst met rechts daarvan acht stalvensters. Hetwoonhuisdeel van de linker zijgevel (oost) heeft een deur onder een bovenlicht,een venster en een keldervensters, het stalgedeelte is beschoten en voorzien van een dubbele rechtgesloten inrijdeur. Daarboven drie door het dakschild lopende hooiluiken onder rietgedekte lessenaarsdaken.

Boerderij van het hallehuistype is cultuurhistorisch van algemeen belang als voorbeeld van een voor deze streek kenmerkend type.
Boerderij is architectuurhistorisch van algemeen belang als goed typologisch voorbeeld en vanwege de gaafheid van hoofdvorm, materiaalgebruik en detaillering.
De boerderij is beeldbepalende gesitueerd en maakt onderdeel uit van de boerderijstrook aan de Benedenberg.

Partially cellaried FARM built from a partly rendered, partly painted plinth in yellow Ijssel brick under a reed-thatched half-hipped roof with smothered ridge ends.
The residential section has six-pane sash windows with shutters, in the stable section predominantly round arch-shaped cast-iron stable windows with radial glazing bars have been placed.
In the front gable there are three windows and a renewed door under a fanlight. To the left of this a smaller window with below it a cellar window.
