Omschrijving
PRIEEL.
Uit wit geschilderde houten delen opgetrokken prieel ("Weesje"), thans ten zuiden van kasteel Renswoude staande en daterend uit ca. 1860. Het prieel heeft een 7-hoekige plattegrond, staat op een bakstenen plint en wordt overkapt door een tentdak, thans gedekt met bitumen, dat uit zes dakschilden bestaat. Het dak wordt bekroond door een houten piron. De voorgevel bestaat uit een uitneembaar houten schot.

PRIEEL behorende tot de historische buitenplaats Renswoude is van algemeen belang:

Description
ARBOUR.
Arbour ("Weesje"), constructed from white-painted wooden components, now standing to the south of Renswoude castle and dating from around 1860. The arbour has a seven-sided plan, stands on a brick plinth and is covered by a tent roof, now tiled with bitumen, consisting of six roof panels. The roof is crowned by a wooden finial. The front gable consists of a removable wooden partition.
