Inleiding
Dienstwoningen en een wachtlokaal van de Stoomtram Maatschappij Breskens-Maldeghem, gebouwd rond 1893 in ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant.
Omschrijving
Object op rechthoekige plattegrond, één bouwlaag hoog en een zadeldak; aan de achterzijde twee kleine aanbouwtjes; opgetrokken in rode baksteen.
De westelijke langsgevel is een lijstgevel met een middenrisaliet en houten schuiframen, waarvan één met luiken voor de onderramen.
Aan de noordelijke kopgevel bevindt zich bij het voormalige wachtlokaal een houten veranda. In deze gevel voorts twee stel houten stolpdeuren met glasruiten bij de veranda en een houten deur. In de top een houten stolpraam.
De achtergevel is een langsgevel met twee kleine aanbouwtjes met plat en verschillende vensters.
De zuidelijke topgevel heeft een houten venster in de top.
Het zadeldak is gedekt met gesmoorde kruispannen; aan de topgevels overstekken op houten klossen en aan de achtergevel een sobere goot.
Het interieur is niet beoordeeld.
Waardering
Dienstwoningen met wachtlokaal van cultuurhistorische waarde, van algemeen belang als onderdeel van het tramlijn-complex en vanwege gaafheid van met name het exterieur.

Description
Object on rectangular plan, one storey high and a gabled roof; on the rear side two small extensions; constructed in red brick.
The western long-side gable is a cornice-topped facade with a central risalit and wooden sash windows, of which one with shutters for the lower windows.
On the northern end gable is located at the former guard house a wooden veranda. In this gable furthermore two sets of wooden stable doors with glass panes at the veranda and a wooden door. In the top a wooden stable window.
The rear gable is a long-side gable with two small extensions with flat roof and various windows.
The southern topped gable has a wooden window in the top.
The gabled roof is covered with smothered cross pantiles; at the topped gables projections on wooden corbels and at the rear gable a simple gutter.
The interior has not been assessed.
Valuation
Service dwellings with guard house of cultural-historical value, of general importance as part of the tram line complex and because of the integrity particularly of the exterior.
