Inleiding
Tramremise, in 1886-1887 gebouwd door de Stoomtram MaatschappijBreskens-Maldeghem. Bij latere aanpassingen zijn onder meer deurendichtgemetseld en is het uiterlijk enigszins versoberd.
Omschrijving
Tramremise op rechthoekige plattegrond, één bouwlaag en een reeks sheddaken hoog, opgetrokken uit rode en roodbruine baksteen en voorzien van een gepleisterde plint.
De zuidelijke gevel bevat in het midden een risaliet met hoeklisenen en een topgevel met dwarskapje en aan weerszijden een dichtgemetseld langsgeveldeel. In de risaliet een dubbele deur en een dichtgemetseld rond venster in de top.
De oostelijke en westelijke gevels bestaan uit een reeks van zeven asymmetrische topgevels, gescheiden door lisenen.
De noordelijke gevel is een langsgevel die in vijf travee%n is gedeeld.
Het pand bevat een reeks van zeven sheddaken die gedekt zijn met gesmoorde kruispannen en met niet-origineel golfplaat.

Tram depot, built in 1886-1887 by the Stoomtram Maatschappij Breskens-Maldeghem. In later alterations doors were among other things bricked up and the appearance was somewhat simplified.
Description
Tram depot on rectangular plan, one storey high and a series of shed roofs, constructed of red and reddish-brown brick and provided with a rendered plinth.
The southern gable contains in the middle a risalit with angle pilasters and a topped gable with transverse cap and on either side a bricked-up long-side gable section. In the risalit a double door and a bricked-up round window at the top.
The eastern and western gables consist of a series of seven asymmetrical topped gables, separated by pilasters.
The northern gable is a long-side gable which is divided into five bays.
The building contains a series of seven shed roofs which are covered with smothered cross pantiles and with non-original corrugated sheeting.
Valuation
Tram depot of general typological importance, of ensemble value, among other things as an originally functional component of the complex.
