In 1878 in neo-renaissance stijl gebouwde villa bij boerderij, genaamd Pauwhof.
Omschrijving
Villa van twee bouwlagen en een kapverdieping hoog, op rechthoekige plattegrond met uitbouw met topgevel en een hoektoren aan de voorgevel. Het pand is opgetrokken uit rode baksteen en voorzien van verdiepte velden en nissen. De voorgevel bestaat van zuid naar noord uit een topgevel, een langsgevel en een rechthoekige hoektoren. Op de begane grond H- en T-vensters met vier-paneels houten luiken, hoekblokken en sluitstenen in de strekken. Houten deur met bovenlicht in de langsgevel. Op de verdieping eveneens H- en T-vensters. In de top van de topgeveltwee rondboogvensters met roeden en een klein rond venster daar midden boven. De topgevel is voorzien van trapgevels. De langsgevel wordt afgesloten door een gemetselde boogfries en daarboven een geprofileerde bakgoot.
De achthoekige hoektoren bevat boven de begane grond en eerste verdieping nog een derde verdieping met in ieder van de acht gevelvlakken een rondboogvenster met horizontale roeden in een nis. Deze gevelvlakken worden afgesloten door een boogfries en daarboven een geprofileerde bakgoot.
De achthoekige torenspits is gedekt met zink en bekroond door een kruis. De noordelijke zijgevel is voorzien van T-vensters, op de begane grond met houten luiken.
De villa is voorzien van een schilddak met dwarskap gedekt met gesmoorde platte friese pannen.
De overige gevels en het interieur zijn niet onderzocht.

Villa of two storeys and a roof storey high, on rectangular floor plan with extension with stepped gable and an octagonal turret on the front facade. The building is constructed of red brick and provided with recessed fields and niches. The front facade consists from south to north of a stepped gable, a side facade and a rectangular octagonal turret. On the ground floor H- and T-windows with four-panel wooden shutters, corner blocks and keystones in the openings. Wooden door with fanlight in the side facade. On the first floor likewise H- and T-windows. In the top of the stepped gable two rounded-arch windows with glazing bars and a small round window in the middle above. The stepped gable is provided with stepped gables. The side facade is closed off by a built-in arch frieze and above this a profiled gutter.
The octagonal turret contains above the ground floor and first floor a third storey with in each of the eight facade sections a rounded-arch window with horizontal glazing bars in a niche. These facade sections are closed off by an arch frieze and above this a profiled gutter.
The octagonal roof turret is covered with zinc and crowned with a cross. The northern side facade is provided with T-windows, on the ground floor with wooden shutters.
The villa is provided with a hipped roof with dormer covered with muffled flat Frisian tiles.
