Omschrijving
Inleiding
In 1868, in ambachtelijk-traditionele trant gebouwd verdiepingloos woonhuis.

Description
Introduction
In 1868, a single-storey dwelling house built in a craft-traditional manner. The dwelling house was, possibly around 1900, extended on the south side with three bays in the style of the existing construction. The extension has a separate entrance in the front facade. The extension placed transversely against the rear elevation is recent and does not fall under protection.
Description
Original part of the dwelling house on a rectangular plan. The front facade, seven bays wide, is erected in yellow brick with brick headers above the frames in red brick and natural stone lintels and step thresholds at doors. The facade is finished with a wooden gutter on moulded corbels. The oldest, northern section has a window, an entrance and subsequently two windows. The right section adjoining this has an entrance with two windows to its right. The windows are 2x3-pane sash windows, hung with shutters. Both entrance units have a fanlight with etched glass. Above the oldest entrance is a foundation stone with the construction date.
The left (north) gable end is erected in red brick provided with weaving in the gable top in yellow brick. On the ground floor near the front facade a slender three-light sash window, in the gable top two T-type windows. The rear elevation, erected in red brick, has only recently added window and door units without value. The facade is finished with a wooden gutter on corbels. The right gable end belongs to the slightly later building section. It is erected in red brick and has no weaving. On the ground floor there are two narrow windows and in the gable top two windows. Against the side facade, near the front facade, a brick water well.
The original building section has a saddle roof between gable ends, covered with smoke-blackened tuile du nord. Above the oldest entrance in the front facade a wooden roof dormer, on the rear roof slopes two roof dormers, all without historic value.
On the ground floor the interior to the south of the oldest entrance has been substantially altered. Of value are the wall, floor and ceiling finishes in the oldest entrance hall and the room located to its north. The corridor floor is laid with multi-coloured tiles, the plastered walls are marbled over their full height with a band featuring fruit decorations, the ceiling is provided with a stencil-like painting, possibly on linen, with floral motifs. All the woodwork of doors and frames, including a complete wall of doors at the rear of the corridor, is finished with clear wood paintwork.
The room located to the north of the corridor has, among other features, an alcove wall with clear wood paintwork and a fireplace with a marbled wooden surround. The roof truss structure of the oldest section consists of three collar-tie trusses, built up in two layers. The later section has a traditional truss structure.
Valuation
Dwelling house of general significance as part of the complex, and also of architectural-historical value for the exceptional character of aspects of the interior finishes.
