In het park van de buitenplaats Het huis te Maarn gelegen TENNISBAAN met TENNISHUISJE. De tennisbaan ligt langs de oprijlaan die vanaf de Amersfoortseweg naar het landhuis voert, schuin tegenover het dienstgebouw.
De tennisbaan is enigszins verdiept gelegen en te betreden via een betonnen trap met imitatie natuurstenen treden aan de noordoostzijde. Het cement is voorzien van kunstmatige scheuren en onregelmatigheden. In de noordwest- en noordoosthoek staat een betonnen paddestoel. Deze dienden om ballen en kledingstukken op te leggen. Aan de zuidzijde, in het midden van de baan staat een tennishuisje. Het op een rechthoekige plattegrond in bepleisterde baksteen opgetrokken bouwwerk is afgedekt met een met tuile-du Nord gedekt zadeldak met de nok haaks op de baan. De voorgevel is geheel open. De geveluiteinden zijn voorzien van eenvoudige pilasters. Erboven bevindt zich een eenvoudig timpaan. Voor de gevel is een luifel geplaatst op twee houten staanders. Deze overkapt een terras dat omgeven wordt door een balusterhekwerk. In de zijgevels zijn vensters aangebracht. De achtergevel is blind. Het interieur heeft een houten lambrizering, wandtafeltjes en kasten.

Located in the park of the country house The House at Maarn, a TENNIS COURT with TENNIS PAVILION. The tennis court lies along the driveway which leads from the Amersfoortseweg to the country house, diagonally opposite the service building.
The tennis court is situated somewhat below grade and is entered via a concrete staircase with imitation natural stone steps on the north-east side. The cement is provided with artificial cracks and irregularities. In the north-west and north-east corner stands a concrete mushroom. These served to place balls and clothing on. On the south side, in the middle of the court stands a tennis pavilion. The structure, constructed on a rectangular plan in rendered brickwork, is covered with a gabled roof tiled with tuile-du Nord with the ridge perpendicular to the court. The front facade is entirely open. The gable ends are provided with simple pilasters. Above this is a simple pediment. Before the facade is a canopy placed on two wooden posts. This covers a terrace which is surrounded by balustrade fencing. Windows are placed in the side facades. The rear facade is blind. The interior has wooden wainscoting, wall shelves and cupboards.
