Rechthoekige BEGRAAFPLAATS omgeven door een haag. In het midden van de lange noord- en de korte oostzijde van de heg staat een betonnen kruis op bakstenen voet. De sobere, identieke gietijzeren kruizen zijn in rijen geplaatst.
Begraafplaats van algemeen cultuur- en stedenbouwkundig belang:
- als onderdeel van het eerste en enige Cisterciënzer klooster dat boven de grote rivieren gebouwd is;
- vanwege de functie;
- vanwege de oorspronkelijkheid van aanleg en inrichting
