Inleiding
BOERDERIJ VAN HET HALLEHUISTYPE "Bartels", behorend tot het landgoed Singraven. De boerderij ligt langs de open gazons voor het huis, met de achtergevel aan de Molendijk, noordelijk van en dwars ten opzichte van boerderij "Sonderhuis", waarmee deze boerderij visueel een ensemble vormt. Het gebouw wordt als schuur gebruikt, waardoor het oorspronkelijke woongedeelte gewijzigd is.
Omschrijving
BOERDERIJ VAN HET HALLEHUISTYPE Bartels is opgetrokken in rode baksteen onder een zadeldak, gedekt met rode Hollandse pannen en voorzien van donkerbruine gevelbeschotten op korbelen en windveren. De achtergevel van de boerderij (W) is geleed door een baander met aan weerszijden een 12-ruits venster. De zijgevels van het oorspronkelijke bedrijfsgedeelte zijn voorzien van zesruits stalramen en houten staldeuren. In de noordelijke zijgevel wordt de overgang van huis naar bedrijfsgedeelte gekenmerkt door een krimp. De grote kloosterkozijnen met twaalfruits vensters die nog bewaard zijn gebleven in de voorgevel (O) en zuidelijke zijgevel van het huis zijn in de noordelijke zijgevel van het woongedeelte vervangen door stalramen en -deuren. In de voorgevel zijn na de functieverandering van het gebouw een baander en staldeuren geplaatst tussen de vensters.

Boerderij Bartels is van algemeen cultuur-, architectuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang vanwege:

FARMHOUSE OF THE HALLHAUS TYPE "Bartels", belonging to the Singraven estate. The farmhouse is situated along the open lawns in front of the house, with the rear facade on the Molendijk, to the north of and at right angles to farmhouse "Sonderhuis", with which this farmhouse visually forms an ensemble. The building is used as a barn, as a result of which the original residential section has been altered.
Description
FARMHOUSE OF THE HALLHAUS TYPE Bartels is constructed in red brick under a gabled roof, covered with red Dutch tiles and provided with dark brown gable boards on corbels and wind braces. The rear facade of the farmhouse (W) is articulated by a doorway with on either side a 12-pane window. The side facades of the original business section are provided with six-pane stable windows and wooden stable doors. In the northern side facade the transition from house to business section is characterised by a narrowing. The large cloister windows with twelve-pane windows which are still preserved in the front facade (E) and southern side facade of the house are replaced in the northern side facade of the residential section by stable windows and doors. In the front facade, following the change of function of the building, a doorway and stable doors have been placed between the windows.

Farmhouse Bartels is of general cultural, architectural-historical and urban-planning importance because of:

- the spatial and functional relationship with the other components of the Singraven estate
