Inleiding
DIENSTWONING behorend bij het Huis Archem. Het pand is tegelijk met de (oorspronkelijk) identieke, tegenoverliggende dienstwoning rond 1923 gebouwd in een sobere Traditionalistische bouwstijl. De dienstwoning ligt aan de ten zuidoosten van het huis Archem lopende allee.
Omschrijving
Woonhuis over één bouwlaag opgetrokken in rode machinale baksteen onder een met grijze Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak met op de nok een gemetselde schoorsteen. De geveltop is langs de dakrand voorzien van vlechtingen. De vensters zijn voorzien van roedenverdeling en luiken.
Voorgevel (W) met deur onder een vierruits bovenlicht en strek. Ernaast en in de geveltop een rechtgesloten staand schuifvenster onder strek.
Linker zijgevel (N) met een risalerend deel waarin een klein venster onder een verlengd dakschild.
Waardering
Dienstwoning van algemeen architectuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang:

Description
Dwelling over one storey constructed in red machine-made brick under a gabled roof covered with grey Dutch tiles with a brick chimney on the ridge. The gable top is provided with weaving along the eaves line. The windows have glazing bars and shutters.
Front facade (W) with door under a four-pane fanlight and surround. Adjacent to this and in the gable top a flush-closed standing sash window under surround.
Left side facade (N) with a projecting section containing a small window under an extended roof shield.
