Omschrijving
KOETSHUIS over één bouwlaag opgetrokken in rode machinale baksteen onder een iets concaaf gewelfd schilddak, gedekt met grijze Hollandse pannen. De gevels worden afgesloten door een kroonlijst. Boven de zijgevels is één, boven de voor- en achtergevel zijn twee dakkapellen geplaatst met een gebogen fronton en een negenruits venster.
In het rechter deel van de voorgevel bevinden zich twee deuren onder een bovenlicht en een meerruits venster. In het linker geveldeel zijn onder een doorlopend e latei grote rechtgesloten staldeuren met ruiten geplaatst.

Koetshuis van algemeen architectuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang:

Description
COACH HOUSE constructed over one storey in red machine-made brick under a slightly concave vaulted hipped roof, covered with grey Dutch tiles. The facades are finished with a cornice. Above the side facades is one, above the front and rear facades are two roof dormers placed with a curved pediment and a nine-pane window.
In the right part of the front facade are situated two doors under a fanlight and a multi-pane window. In the left part of the facade large straight-closing stable doors with panes are placed under a continuous lintel.
