Boerderij uit ca. 1890. Woongedeelte karakteristiek en rijk geornamenteerd in oriëntaalse stijl (zie MIP boek).
Omschrijving
Boerderij van het krimpentype, opgetrokken in baksteen onder een met betonpannen gedekt afgewolfd zadeldak. Op de nok drie diagonaal geplaatste scoorstenen. Opvallend is de boogvorm die gebruikt is voor gevelopeningen en -beëindiging: deze is recht met afgeschuinde hoeken. De vorm is sterk benadrukt door wit gepleisterde strekken of profiellijsten.
Symmetrische voorgevel met vier traveeën, de middelste twee hoger opgaand, waardoor de gevel een driedeling krijgt. Op de middenas blindnissen. De vensters op de vier assen zijn geflankeerd door pilasters. Van de middelste twee traveeën zijn de pilasterstellingen gekoppeld, deze koppeling is geaccentueerd door de opdeling van de gietijzeren balustrade van het balkon, doordat de buitenste pilasters wit gepleisterd zijn en doordat de stellingen in de top door één boog gekoppeld worden. De buitenste twee traveeën staan meer op zichzelf. Ook deze hebben een pilasterstelling, afgedekt met een tuitgeveltje. Waar de pilasters de dakrand raken is een vaas geplaatst op een tuitstuk.
De middelste traveeën hebben op de begane grond een schuifvenster en op de verdieping dubbele balkondeuren. De traveeën worden afgesloten door een mezzaninovenster. De buitenste traveeën missen de balkondeuren op de verdieping.
In de rechterzijgevel twee T-vensters en een dubbele paneeldeur met bovenlicht, allen tussen pilasters en met erboven een mezzaninovenster. In de kopgevel van de eerste krimp een T-venster, in de langsgevel drie T-vensters en een dubbele paneeldeur met bovenlicht. In de kopgevel van de tweede krimp een kleiner T- venster. In de langsgevel twee moderne overhead deuren. Na de derde krimp acht stalvensters.
In de linkerzijgevel twee- plus éénmaal een T-venster en een mezzaninovenster, allen tussen pilasters. In de kopgevel van de krimp, die schuin geplaatst is, de inrit. In de zijgevel van het bedrijfsgedeelte negen segmentvormige stalvensters.
Rechts in de achtergevel een inrit met segmentboog. Verder twee loopdeuren, gescheiden door stalvensters. Onder het wolfeind drie ronde vensters en twee segmentvormige zesruits vensters.
Interieur: de hoofdindeling van het woongedeelte is gehandhaafd. Detaillering van de vertrekken, lambriseringen, deurportalen en schouwen, is nog aanwezig.
Gebintstructuur bedrijfsdeel intact, stalindeling verwijderd.

Boerderij van cultuur-, architectuurhistorische en stedenbouwkundig belang:

Farmhouse of the crimp type, built in brick under a barrel-vault gabled roof covered with concrete tiles. On the ridge three diagonally placed chimneys. Striking is the arch shape used for gable openings and terminations: this is straight with bevelled corners. The form is strongly emphasized by whitewashed renders or moulded lines.
Symmetrical front facade with four bays, the middle two rising higher, giving the facade a threefold division. On the central axis blind niches. The windows on the four axes are flanked by pilasters. The pilaster settings of the middle two bays are coupled, this coupling is accentuated by the subdivision of the cast-iron balustrade of the balcony, by the outer pilasters being whitewashed and by the settings being coupled at the top by a single arch. The outer two bays stand more independently. These too have a pilaster setting, capped with a small spout gable. Where the pilasters meet the roof edge a vase is placed on a spout piece.
The middle bays have a sash window on the ground floor and on the upper storey double balcony doors. The bays are closed off by a mezzanine window. The outer bays lack the balcony doors on the upper storey.
In the right side elevation two T-windows and a double panelled door with fanlight, all between pilasters and with a mezzanine window above. In the gable of the first crimp a T-window, in the long elevation three T-windows and a double panelled door with fanlight. In the gable of the second crimp a smaller T-window. In the long elevation two modern overhead doors. After the third crimp eight barn windows.
In the left side elevation two plus one T-window and a mezzanine window, all between pilasters. In the gable of the crimp, which is placed diagonally, the entrance drive. In the side elevation of the business section nine segment-shaped barn windows.
On the right in the rear elevation an entrance drive with segment arch. Further two access doors, separated by barn windows. Under the half-hipped roof three round windows and two segment-shaped six-light windows.
Interior: the main layout of the residential section has been maintained. Detailing of the rooms, wall panelling, door portals and chimney breasts is still present.
Roof truss structure of business section intact, stall layout removed.
