Inleiding:
Gemetselde brug met inritpalen en toegangshek tot het erf van villa De Sprenck, gebouwd in 1904/05, in vormgeving aansluitend bij de architectuur met Jugendstilinvloed van de villa.
Omschrijving:
Brug met opengewerkte metselwerk balustraden (gedeeltelijk in gele en gedeeltelijk in roodbruine, mogelijk recentere baksteen). De balustradenzijn afgedekt door natuurstenen dekplaten en sluiten aan op natuursteneninritpalen welke worden bekroond door verlichtingsarmaturen en waaraan een dubbel smeedijzeren hekwerk is bevestigd. De verlichtingsarmaturen zijn uitgevoerd in sierlijk uitgewerkt smeedijzer en voorzien van gebogen ijzeren lampekappen. De kolommen c.q. inritpalen zijn voorzien van opschrift "DE" respectievelijk "SPRENCK".

Object van architectuurhistorische waarde wegens architectonische kwaliteiten en bijzondere vormgeving en van ensemblewaarde als essentieel onderdeel van het geheel.

Description:
Bridge with openwork masonry balustrades (partly in yellow and partly in reddish-brown, possibly more recent brickwork). The balustrades are covered by natural stone coping stones and adjoin natural stone entrance bollards which are crowned by lighting fittings and to which a double wrought-iron gate structure is attached. The lighting fittings are executed in ornately worked wrought iron and provided with curved iron lamp covers. The columns or entrance bollards are provided with the inscription "DE" respectively "SPRENCK".

Object of architectural-historical value due to architectural qualities and special design and of ensemble value as an essential component of the whole.
