Waarschijnlijk omstreeks 1900, in ambachtelijk-traditionele trant, gebouwd verdiepingloos woonhuis met langsgevel.
Omschrijving
Woonhuis van vijf traveeën breedte op rechthoekige plattegrond. Gevels uit rode baksteen opgetrokken met in de voorgevel rode verglaasde dorpelstenen en siertegels in de boogtrommels. De voorgevel is voorzien van een centrale entreepartij met glas-in-lood bovenlicht, aan weerszijden hiervan twee T-type schuiframen met glas-in-lood bovenramen. De gevel wordt afgesloten door een bakgoot op klossen. De zuidelijke topgevel met twee smalle ramen in de top en een smal schuifraam nabij zowel de voor als de achtergevel op de begane grond. Dichtbij het raam bij de achtergevel een groter, modern raam. De topgevel wordt afgesloten door een dakoverstek met witte lijsten. De noordelijke topgevel is als de zuidelijke gevel, op de hoek bij de achtergevel bevindt zich echter een aanbouwtje onder een lessenaarsdak. Het woonhuis is voorzien van een zadeldak, gedekt met gesmoorde tuile du nord.

Description
Dwelling house of five bays width on a rectangular ground plan. Gables built of red brick with red glazed threshold stones and ornamental tiles in the arch rolls in the front gable. The front gable is furnished with a central entrance section with leaded light fanlight, on either side of this two T-type sash windows with leaded light upper sashes. The gable is finished with a roof gutter on consoles. The southern end gable with two narrow windows in the top and a narrow sash window near both the front and rear gable on the ground floor. Close to the window at the rear gable a larger, modern window. The end gable is finished with a roof overhang with white mouldings. The northern end gable is like the southern gable, on the corner at the rear gable there is however a small extension under a lean-to roof. The dwelling house is furnished with a gabled roof, covered with extrados tuile du nord.
