Inleiding
BOERDERIJ van het hallehuistype waarvan het woonhuis in 1910 is verlengd zodat er een krukhuis ontstond. Het bedrijfsgedeelte stamt uit het midden van de vorige eeuw. De boerderij hoort bij het landgoed Weldam. Bij de boerderij hoort een boerentuin met hagen en een zandstenen put.
Deze boerderij karakteriseert samen met de tegenoverliggende boerderij (mon. nr. 422723) de bocht in de Stationsweg.
Omschrijving
Boerderij op L-vormige plattegrond onder een deels met riet, deels met rode Hollandse pannen gedekt schilddak dat boven de eindgevel van het woonhuis is afgewolfd. Het woonhuisgedeelte is aan één zijde verlengd. De kopse gevel daarvan (Z) heeft, onder een hanekam, twee achtentwintigruits schuiframen met luiken in de kleuren van Weldam. Daarboven zitten twee achtruits vensters. In de voorgevel van het woongedeelte drie meerruits vensters en een deur met bovenlicht. In de zijgevel van het woonhuis (N) bevinden zich een deur, een twaalfruits en een achtruits venster die behangen zijn met luiken. De hoofdgevel van het schuurgedeelte (O) een baander met onderschoer. Aan weerszijden van de deuren bevinden zich gietijzeren stalramen, oculi, en staldeuren. In de zijgevels van de schuur zijn lage staldeuren en gebogen gietijzeren ramen geplaatst. Het woonhuis heeft onder meer een originele tegelkamer.

Boerderij van cultuur-, architectuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang:

Introduction
FARMHOUSE of the hall-house type of which the residential section was extended in 1910 creating a cruck house. The farm buildings date from the middle of the previous century. The farmhouse belongs to the Weldam estate. With the farmhouse comes a farm garden with hedges and a sandstone well.
This farmhouse characterises together with the opposite farmhouse (mon. nr. 422723) the bend in the Stationsweg.
Description
Farmhouse on an L-shaped ground plan under a hipped roof partly thatched, partly covered with red Dutch tiles, which is arched above the gable end of the residential section. The residential section is extended on one side. Its gable end (S) has, below a cock's comb, two twenty-eight-pane sash windows with shutters in the Weldam colours. Above these are two eight-pane windows. In the front gable of the residential section three multi-pane windows and a door with fanlight. In the side gable of the residential section (N) are located a door, a twelve-pane and an eight-pane window which are fitted with shutters. The main gable of the barn section (E) a band with undersill. On either side of the doors are located cast-iron stable windows, oculi, and stable doors. In the side gables of the barn are placed low stable doors and curved cast-iron windows. The residential section has among other things an original tiled room.
