Omschrijving
Koetshuis met een samengestelde plattegrond op een zandstenen plint. Over twee bouwlagen opgetrokken in rode machinale baksteen. Het samengestelde schilddak is boven de kopgevels afgewolfd. Het is gedekt met grijze platte Friese pannen en heeft een goot op klossen. De vensters van dit pand zijn behangen met luiken in de kleuren van Weldam. Zij bevinden zich onder een segmentboog van gele baksteen. Drie speklagen sieren de gevels.
De voorgevel (W) heeft een middenrisaliet met een entree en twee vensters. In de linker travee is op de begane grond een dubbel achtruits schuifraam geplaatst. De rechter travee van de voorgevel is voorzien van een achtruits venster zonder luiken.
De zuidelijke zijgevel is onder te verdelen in drie traveeën waarvan de middelste iets terug ligt. In deze travee een grote, rechtgesloten deur met raampjes en daarboven dubbele luiken die over de dakrand heen lopen. Zij bevinden zich onder een overkragend steekkapje met een hijsbalk. Daarnaast een oplopend geveldeel met een getoogd twaalfruits venster op de begane grond en een twaalfruits venster op de verdieping. In de geveltop is een cirkel van sierstenen gemetseld. In de rechter travee een baander die omzoomd is door enkele zandstenen blokken. De deuren bevinden zich onder een segmentboog met sluitsteen. Daarboven een achtruits venster met een halfrond bovenlicht. De linker travee heeft een twaalfruits venster op de begane grond en één op de verdieping.
De noordelijke zijgevel heeft aan de linker zijde een korte uitbouw onder een plat dak met een goot op klossen. Dit risalerende deel heeft een zestienruits venster. De middentravee van deze gevel ligt iets terug en heeft een vierentwintigruits venster en een zestienruits venster zonder luiken op de parterre. Op de verdieping zijn twee vierruits vensters, eveneens zonder luiken, geplaatst. De derde travee van deze gevelzijde springt weer naar voren en loopt hoog op. Op de begane grond bevinden zich twee zestienruits vensters. De verdieping heeft twee smalle zesruits vensters. Van de achtergevel (O) loopt de rechter travee op tot de verdieping. Deze zijde van het huis heeft op de parterre een twintig- en een vierentwintigruits venster en een twaalfruits venster op de verdieping.

Coach house with a composite floor plan on a sandstone plinth. Built over two storeys in red machine-made brickwork. The composite hipped roof is half-hipped above the gable ends. It is clad with grey flat Frisian tiles and has a gutter on corbels. The windows of this building are hung with shutters in the colours of Weldam. They are situated beneath a segmental arch of yellow brick. Three decorative brick bands adorn the facades.
The front facade (W) has a central risalit with an entrance and two windows. In the left bay on the ground floor a double-pane sash window has been placed. The right bay of the front facade is provided with a two-pane window without shutters.
The southern side facade can be divided into three bays of which the middle one is set back slightly. In this bay a large, straight-topped door with small panes and above it double shutters which run above the roof edge. They are situated beneath an overhanging roof truss with a hoist beam. Adjacent to it a rising facade section with a segmental twelve-pane window on the ground floor and a twelve-pane window on the upper storey. In the gable apex a circle of decorative bricks is mortared. In the right bay a basket arch flanked by some sandstone blocks. The doors are situated beneath a segmental arch with keystone. Above it a four-pane window with a semicircular fanlight. The left bay has a twelve-pane window on the ground floor and one on the upper storey.
The northern side facade has on the left side a short projection beneath a flat roof with a gutter on corbels. This projecting section has a sixteen-pane window. The central bay of this facade is set back slightly and has a twenty-four-pane window and a sixteen-pane window without shutters on the ground floor. On the upper storey two four-pane windows, likewise without shutters, have been placed. The third bay of this facade side projects forward again and rises steeply. On the ground floor there are two sixteen-pane windows. The upper storey has two narrow six-pane windows. Of the rear facade (E) the right bay extends to the upper storey. This side of the house has on the ground floor a twenty- and a twenty-four-pane window and a twelve-pane window on the upper storey.
