DIENSTWONING
Rond 1900 gebouwde dienstwoning aan de westzijde van de buitenplaats, gelegen aan de Duinvlietweg die naar het duingebied voert; de woning op rechthoekige grondslag bevat één bouwlaag onder zadeldak met rode pannen gedekt; de zijgevels alsmede de achtergevel zijn gepleisterd, de voorgevel is thans in schoon werk uitgevoerd; de zuidgevel kent twee 9-ruitsramen met luiken, daarnaast de buitendeur en rechts daarvan een kleine 4-ruiter met luik; de noordgevel heeft een 9-ruiter met luiken; de voorgevel (op het westen aan de laan gelegen) is voorzien van een recente aankapping waarin een toegangsdeur; onder de kap zijn twee vensters toegevoegd; de windveren zijn recent vervangen; in de oostgevel twee vensters op de b.g. (een oorspronkelijk en een toegevoegd), onder de kap twee vensters toegevoegd; de houten berging en de waterput zijn voor de bescherming niet van betekenis.

SERVICE COTTAGE
Service cottage built around 1900 on the west side of the country estate, located on the Duinvlietweg which leads to the dune area; the cottage on a rectangular plan contains one storey under a gabled roof covered with red pantiles; the side facades as well as the rear facade are plastered, the front facade is now finished in fair-faced brickwork; the south facade has two 9-pane windows with shutters, next to it the exterior door and to the right of it a small 4-pane window with shutter; the north facade has a 9-pane window with shutters; the front facade (on the west facing the lane) is provided with a recent extension with a doorway; under the roof two windows have been added; the roof weathering has been recently replaced; in the east facade two windows on the ground floor (one original and one added), under the roof two windows added; the wooden storage shed and the water pump are not significant for the purposes of protection.
