TOEGANGSHEK.
Dit laat 18de eeuwse hek is geplaatst aan het begin van de Wulpendreef aan de oostzijde van de buitenplaats; de balustervormige natuurstenen (gerestaureerde) hekpijlers staan op een geprofileerd voetstuk en hebben een geprofileerd kapiteel; de hogere pijlers dragen vazen in Lodewijk XV stijl, de lagere hekpijlers dragen bollen met daarop een vrucht (ananas?); tussen de vier pijlers smeedijzeren hekken, eveneens in Lodewijk XV stijl.

Description
ENTRANCE GATE.
This late 18th-century gate is placed at the beginning of the Wulpendreef on the east side of the country estate; the baluster-shaped natural stone (restored) gate piers stand on a moulded base and have a moulded capital; the higher piers carry urns in Louis XV style, the lower gate piers carry spheres with a fruit on top (pineapple?); between the four piers wrought-iron gates, likewise in Louis XV style.
