Inleiding
Als onderdeel van het Gereformeerde Kerk-complex in 1929 gebouwde kosterswoning. In tegenstelling tot de kerk en, in mindere mate, de pastorie, is de kosterswoning vrij zakelijk uitgevoerd. Door de situering op één van de hoeken van het terrein en de identieke materiaaltoepassingen als in de overige complexonderdelen vormt de kosterswoning een herkenbaar onderdeel van het geheel.
Omschrijving
Woonhuis van één bouwlaag hoog onder een zadeldak op een T-vormige plattegrond. De gevels zijn geheel uit roodbruine baksteen in vlaams verband opgetrokken waarbij de plint vrij onopvallend is uitgevoerd in min of meer gesinterde baksteen. De gevels bezitten sobere of vereenvoudigde ramen. De entree van de woning bevindt zich aan de noordwestzijde en is functioneel georiënteerd op de consistorie van de kerk. Het dak is gedekt met rode verbeterde hollandse pannen en is aan de stadzijde voorzien van een dakkapel.
Het interieur bevat geen beschermenswaardige elementen.

Sexton's house built in 1929 as part of the Reformed Church complex. Description
Dwelling house of one storey high under a gabled roof on a T-shaped floor plan. The facades are entirely built of reddish-brown brick in Flemish bond with the plinth executed rather inconspicuously in more or less sintered brick. The facades feature sober or simplified windows. The entrance to the dwelling is located on the northwest side and is functionally oriented towards the consistory of the church. The roof is covered with red improved Dutch tiles and is fitted with a roof dormer on the town side.
The interior contains no elements worthy of protection.
