Inleiding
Als onderdeel van het Gereformeerde Kerk-complex in 1929 gebouwde pastorie. De pastorie is door architect A. Rothuizen in Interbellum-architectuur ontworpen waardoor deze in stijl iets afwijkt van het kerkgebouw. Gevels en daken zijn echter in gelijke materialen als de kerk uitgevoerd.
Omschrijving
Pastorie van anderhalve bouwlaag hoog onder een schilddak op een T-vormige plattegrond. De gevels zijn geheel uit roodbruine baksteen in vlaams verband opgetrokken waarbij de plint vrij onopvallend is uitgevoerd in min of meer gesinterde baksteen. Het beeld van de voorgevel wordt beheerst door een twee lagen hoge uitbouw onder een schilddak met op de begane grond een 3-vlaks erkers waarboven zich een loggia-balkon bevindt. De entree met luifel bevindt zich rechts naast de uitbouw aan de voorgevel. Beide zijgevels bezitten een één laag hoge halfronde uitbouw. Aan de rechter zijgevel is de uitbouw voorzien van een reeks kleine glas-in-lood raampjes en een balkon met dichte, gemetselde borstwering. Aan de linker zijgevel is de uitbouw voorzien van een tuindeur en sobere ramen en is het dak voorzien van een strakke, ver overstekende gootlijst. De achtergevel is op de tuin georiënteerd en bezit een pui met tuindeuren.
Het trappenhuis is aan de achtergevel zichtbaar als een iets uitgebouwde gevelpartij met een fors glas-in-lood raam. Overigens bezit de woning sobere of vereenvoudigde ramen. De gevels worden afgesloten door een ver overstekende dakvoet met goot welke aan de onderzijde als cassettenplafond is vormgegeven. Het schilddak is gedekt met rode verbeterde hollandse pannen en bezit in de entree-as een kleine dakkapel.
Het interieur bevat geen beschermenswaardige elementen.

Pastorie van belang als functioneel en herkenbaar onderdeel van het kerkcomplex.

Description
Rectory of one-and-a-half storeys high under a hipped roof on a T-shaped ground plan. The facades are constructed entirely of reddish-brown brick in Flemish bond whereby the plinth is executed fairly unobtrusively in more or less sintered brick. The appearance of the front facade is dominated by a two-storey high extension under a hipped roof with on the ground floor a 3-light oriel above which a loggia-balcony is located. The entrance with canopy is situated to the right of the extension at the front facade. Both side facades have a single-storey high semi-circular extension. On the right side facade the extension is provided with a series of small stained-glass window panes and a balcony with closed, masonry parapet. On the left side facade the extension is provided with a garden door and sober windows and the roof is furnished with a taut, far-overhanging drip moulding. The rear facade is oriented to the garden and has a patio with garden doors.
The staircase is visible on the rear facade as a slightly projecting gable section with a substantial stained-glass window. Otherwise the dwelling has sober or simplified windows. The facades are terminated by a far-overhanging roof edge with gutter which on the underside is formed as a coffered ceiling. The hipped roof is covered with red improved Dutch tiles and has in the entrance axis a small roof dormer.
The interior contains no elements worthy of protection.
