Inleiding
Geheel van gemaal-boezem en spuisluizen behorend bij het poldergemaal. De boezem is gelegen tussen het gemaal en de dijk en stond oorspronkelijk door middel van sluisjes in verbinding met de kreek de "Schenge". Door middel van een dubbele sluis spuit de boezem in het voormalig haventje "De Piet".
Omschrijving
Boezem geheel voorzien van rode bakstenen wanden met natuurstenen dekplaten. De oorspronkelijke rondboogvormige openingen van de spuisluis zijn voorzien van natuurstenen boogblokken. Aan de boezemzijde zijn de spuiopeningen gedeeltelijk dichtgezet. Tussen de twee openingen is zowel aan de zijde van de boezem als aan de buitendijkse zijde een met natuursteen versterkte, gemetselde punt aangebracht. Aan de buitendijkse zijde zijn de spui-openingen voorzien van houten schuifdeuren met handwindwerken.
Aan de boezemzijde is boven de spui-openingen een natuurstenen tableau aangebracht ter gelegenheid van de aanleg in 1874. Bij de noordelijke hoek van het gebouw bevindt zich een dichtgezette, dubbele verbindingsluis tussen de boezem en de kreek.

Introduction
Whole of polder pump house boezem (regulating basin) and spui locks (sluices) belonging to the poldergemaal. The boezem is located between the pump house and the dike and originally was connected by means of sluices to the creek the "Schenge". By means of a double sluice the boezem spouts into the former small harbour "De Piet".
Description
Boezem entirely provided with red brick walls with natural stone coping plates. The original round-arch shaped openings of the spui sluice are provided with natural stone arch blocks. On the boezem side the spui openings are partially filled in. Between the two openings both on the side of the boezem and on the outer-dike side a masonry point reinforced with natural stone is provided. On the outer-dike side the spui openings are provided with wooden sliding doors with hand winches.
On the boezem side above the spui openings a natural stone tablet is placed on the occasion of the construction in 1874. At the northern corner of the building is a filled-in double connecting sluice between the boezem and the creek.
