De BOERDERIJ VAN HET HALLEHUISTYPE is opgetrokken in bruine baksteen onder een afgewolfde zadeldak dat deels met riet en deels met antracietgrijze Hollandse pannen is gedekt. De voorgevel van het woonhuisgedeelte (Z) heeft op de begane grond drie grote samengestelde kozijnen met elk drie zesruits vensters. De vensterpartijen zijn afgehangen met luiken die zijn beschilderd met rode zandlopers op witte ondergrond binnen een zwarte rand. Het horizontale samengestelde kozijn onder het overstekende wolfeind bestaat uit acht vierruits vensters. De hoofdentree bevindt zich in de westgevel onder het verlengde dakschild dat op een kolom rust. Links van de ingang een om de hoek lopend keukenvenster en rechts een klein vierruitsvenster met luiken als in de voorgevel. Aan de oostkant rust het verlengde dakschild op drie eenvoudige houten kolommen. Een dubbele glasdeur in de westgevel geeft vanuit de voormalige jachtkamer toegang tot het terras onder het dakschild. Inwendig is de voormalige jachtkamer met betegelde wanden bijzonder goed bewaard gebleven. Centraal tegen de westwand de haard met donkerbruin gebeitste schoorsteenmantel tussen ingebouwde vitrinekasten.

Description
The FARMHOUSE OF THE HALLHOUSE TYPE is built of brown brick under an arched gabled roof that is covered partly with reed and partly with anthracite-grey Dutch tiles. The front gable of the dwelling section (S) has on the ground floor three large composite windows each with three six-pane panes. The window sections are hung with shutters painted with red hourglasses on a white background within a black border. The horizontal composite window under the overhanging half-hipped roof consists of eight four-pane windows. The main entrance is located in the west gable under the extended roof slope which rests on a column. To the left of the entrance a kitchen window running round the corner and to the right a small four-pane window with shutters as in the front gable. On the east side the extended roof slope rests on three simple wooden columns. A double glazed door in the west gable gives access from the former hunting room to the terrace under the roof slope. Internally the former hunting room with tiled walls is particularly well preserved. Centrally against the west wall the fireplace with dark brown stained chimney surround between fitted glass cabinets.
