Omschrijving
TWEE ZUILSOKKELS. Twee hardstenen zuilsokkels, geplaatst voor de schampstenen aan de entree aan de noordzijde van Backenhagen. De zuilsokkels zijn 8-zijdig van vorm en rusten op een vierkant voetstuk, waarvan de verklimming naar de sokkel via een driehoekig overgangslid geschiedt. De sokkels worden door een rechthoekige afdeksteen met 8-zijdige pyramide-vormige bekroning afgesloten met aan de voor(noord-)zijde links en rechts respectievelijk de inscriptie "BACKEN" en "HAGEN".

Description
TWO COLUMN BASES. Two ashlar column bases, placed in front of the chamfered corners at the entrance on the north side of Backenhagen. The column bases are octagonal in form and rest on a square pedestal, the ascent to the base being effected via a triangular transition piece. The bases are finished with a rectangular capstone with an octagonal pyramid-shaped coping bearing on the front (north) side left and right respectively the inscriptions "BACKEN" and "HAGEN".
