Omschrijving
Het wit gepleisterde blok DIENSTRUIMTES heeft één bouwlaag onder een steil met rode Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak. Dezelfde pannen liggen op de steekkap boven het hoog opgaande geveldeel in het midden van de voorgevel (N). De drie oorspronkelijke entreepartijen in deze gevel zijn voorzien van nieuwe deuren. De twee erkers aan de achtergevel (Z) hebben evenals de overige vensters bruin geschilderde stalen kozijnen. In de dakschilden dakkapellen onder overstekende platte daken met elk drie vensters en op de nok staan vier wit gepleisterde schoorstenen.

Eenvoudig blok dienstwoningen van architectuurhistorisch en stedenbouwkundig belang vanwege:

The white plastered block of SERVICE ROOMS has one storey beneath a steep gabled roof covered with red Dutch tiles. The same tiles are laid on the lean-to roof above the high-rising facade part in the middle of the front facade (N). The three original entrance areas in this facade are fitted with new doors. The two bays on the rear facade (S) have, like the other windows, brown-painted steel frames. In the roof slopes dormer windows beneath overhanging flat roofs each with three windows and on the ridge stand four white plastered chimneys.
