Inleiding: Noordoostelijk van de Jelgersmakliniek in het park van Rhijngeest gelegen klein vrijstaand tuinpaviljoen, nabij de Rhijngeesterstraatweg, daterend uit het begin van de twintigste-eeuw en opgetrokken in chaletstijl. Omschrijving: In hout opgetrokken paviljoen van een bouwlaag op rechthoekige grondslag onder een met shingles gedekt zadeldak met overstek. Het paviljoen staat op een gemetseld basement met de voorgevel op het park georiënteerd. De gevels bestaan uit rood geschilderde vakwerkstijlen en regels met witgeschilderde houten panelen en diverse vensters, deels met de originele roedenverdeling. In de kopgevels een houten voorschot. In de voorgevel een centraal geplaatste dubbele entreedeur met glaspanelen; gesloten achtergevel. Decoratief gesneden dakoverstek, voorzien van haanhout en makelaar. Waardering: Paviljoen behorende bij de Jelgersmakliniek van algemeen belang vanwege de architectuurhistorische en cultuurhistorische waarden en vanwege de situering en de functioneel-ruimtelijke relatie met de Jelgersmakliniek.

Introduction: Small detached garden pavilion situated to the northeast of the Jelgersmaak clinic in the Rhijngeest park, near the Rhijngeesterstraatweg, dating from the early twentieth century and built in chalet style. Description: Pavilion constructed in wood, of one storey on a rectangular ground plan beneath a gabled roof covered with shingles and featuring an overhang. The pavilion stands on a masonry basement with the front facade oriented towards the park. The facades consist of red-painted timber framing and rails with white-painted wooden panels and various windows, some with the original glazing bars. In the gable ends a wooden fascia. In the front facade a centrally placed double entrance door with glass panels; closed rear facade. Decoratively carved roof overhang, fitted with roof struts and braces. Appraisal: Pavilion belonging to the Jelgersmaak clinic of general importance due to its architectural-historical and cultural-historical values and due to its situation and functional-spatial relationship with the Jelgersmaak clinic.
