Omschrijving
Eenvoudige DIENSTWONING opgetrokken in roodbruine baksteen over één bouwlaag op een rechthoekige (nagenoeg vierkante) plattegrond onder een met rode Hollandse pannen gedekt wolfdak. Het oostelijke dakvlak is verlengd boven een kleine uitbouw aan de noordoostkant. De voorgevel met de hoofdingang, tussen horizontale beschotten, ligt naar de boerderij gekeerd (Z). In de achtergevel is een deur tussen twee smalle vensters geplaatst. Daarnaast worden de gevels nog geleed door zes- en vierruits vensters en luiken met wit-rode zandlopers en een groene rand.

De dienstwoning is van cultuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang vanwege:
- de functionele en ruimtelijke relatie met de overige onderdelen van het boerderijcomplex

Description
Simple SERVICE DWELLING built in reddish-brown brick over one storey on a rectangular (virtually square) plan under a half-hipped roof covered with red Dutch tiles. The eastern roof plane is extended above a small extension on the north-east side. The front gable with the main entrance, between horizontal boarding, faces the farmhouse (S). In the rear gable a door is placed between two narrow windows. The gables are further articulated by six- and four-pane windows and shutters with white-red hourglasses and a green border.

The service dwelling is of cultural-historical and urban planning significance because of:
