Inleiding
LANGGEVELBOERDERIJ (BERKSE HOEF), hersteld in 1865 met een oudere kern (XIXA). De vrijstaande boerderij ligt aan de Vilderstraat in het buurtschap Berkt bij Oerle, met de achtergevel naar de straat gericht.
Omschrijving
Bakstenen langgevelboerderij onder een rieten schilddak met een voet van Hollandse pannen. Het metselwerk van de achtergevel is in de jaren dertig van de twintigste eeuw vernieuwd. De voor- en zijgevel zijn van een gepleisterde plint voorzien.
Het pand heeft houten klampdeuren en zesruitsramen.
Het interieur verkeert in grote lijnen in de oorspronkelijke staat.

LONG-FACADE FARMHOUSE (BERKSE HOEF), restored in 1865 with an older core (19th century). The detached farmhouse is situated on the Vilderstraat in the hamlet of Berkt near Oerle, with the rear facade facing the street.

Brick long-facade farmhouse under a thatched hipped roof with a course of Dutch tiles at the base. The brickwork of the rear facade was renewed in the nineteen-thirties. The front and side facades are provided with a plastered plinth.
The building has wooden clamped doors and six-light windows.
The interior remains largely in its original state.
Valuation
The building is of cultural historical importance because of its building type, a good example of rural architecture.
