Omschrijving
Het KOETSHUIS (1919) is in rode baksteen over één bouwlaag opgetrokken op een rechthoekige plattegrond onder een afgeknot schilddak met antracietgrijze geglazuurde Hollandse pannen. Op de nokeinden zijn grote schoorstenen geplaatst, in het dak dakkapellen met twaalf- of vierentwintigruits vensters. Op de hoeken van de gevels en risalieten zijn gemetselde lisenen met schijnvoegen gemetseld. Het pand is rondom voorzien van een gemetseld hoofdgestel. Oorspronkelijk waren de vensters behangen met persiennes.
In de voorgevel (O) risaleert de middenpartij met de twee baanders onder korfbogen met zandstenen sluit-, aanzet- en sierstenen. Bovenin de deuren zijn vensters met een kleine roedenverdeling geplaatst. Links van het risaliet een deur met zesruits venster en achtruits bovenlicht, rechts een deur met vierruits venster, een bovenlicht met diagonale roedenverdeling en een twaalfruits schuifvenster.
In de linker zijgevel (Z) twee van de laatsgenoemde deuren met daartussen vier vijftienruits schuifvensters. De dakkapel boven het midden van de gevel is voorzien van een fronton.
Ook in de achtergevel (W) een middenrisaliet, ditmaal met één inrijdeur onder een korfboog met zandstenen sluit-, aanzet- en sierstenen. Links en rechts van de deur een vijftienruits schuifvenster. Bovenin de rechter zijgevel (N) twee horizontale twaalfruits vensters. De middelste dakkapel is voorzien van een geveltop, luiken en een hijsbalk.
In de noordkant van het koetshuis zijn de stallen met de oorspronkelijke stalboxen en zadelkasten van de frima Isselburger. Aan de zuidzijde zijn de van binnen gewijzigde woningen gesitueerd.
Waardering
Het koetshuis is van cultuur-, architectuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang vanwege:

Description
The COACH HOUSE (1919) is built of red brick over one storey on a rectangular floor plan under a truncated hipped roof with anthracite-grey glazed Dutch tiles. Large chimneys are placed on the ridge ends, in the roof dormer windows with twelve- or twenty-four-pane windows. On the corners of the facades and risalits mortared pilasters with false joints are mortared. The building is provided all around with a mortared main cornice. Originally the windows were hung with blinds.
In the front facade (E) the central section projects with the two door openings under basket-handle arches with sandstone sill, springstone and decorative stones. Above the doors are windows with small glazing bars. To the left of the risalit a door with six-pane window and eight-pane fanlight, to the right a door with four-pane window, a fanlight with diagonal glazing bars and a twelve-pane sash window.
In the left side facade (S) two of the aforesaid doors with between them four fifteen-pane sash windows. The dormer window above the middle of the facade is provided with a pediment.
Also in the rear facade (W) a central risalit, this time with one carriage entrance under a basket-handle arch with sandstone sill, springstone and decorative stones. To the left and right of the door a fifteen-pane sash window. Above in the right side facade (N) two horizontal twelve-pane windows. The middle dormer window is provided with a gable top, shutters and a hoist beam.
In the north side of the coach house are the stables with the original stable boxes and saddle racks of the firm Isselburger. On the south side are the dwellings situated, which have been altered from within.
