De zuidelijke DIENSTWONING (1919, tuinmanswoning identiek aan Wierdensestraat 204) is over één bouwlaag opgetrokken in rode baksteen op een rechthoekige plattegrond onder een schilddak. Het dak is gedekt met antracietgrijze geglazuurde Hollandse pannen en voorzien van zes dakkapellen met zesruits bovenlichten onder platte daken en twee grote schoorstenen op de nokeinden. Op de hoeken van de gevels zijn hoeklisenen met schijnvoegen gemetseld, het pand is rondom voorzien van een gemetseld hoofdgestel. De gevels worden geleed door vijftienruits schuifvensters, oorspronkelijk behangen met persiennes.
In de voorgevel (W) bevindt zich tussen twee vensters een deur met vierruits venster en een bovenlicht met diagonale roedenverdeling. In de linker zijgevel (N) is rechts van een venster eenzelfde deur geplaatst. In de rechter zijgevel (Z) twee vensters, in de achtergevel drie. De schouw, met zwart marmeren bekleding, is bewaard gebleven.

Description
The southern SERVICE HOUSE (1919, gardener's house identical to Wierdensestraat 204) is constructed in red brick over one storey on a rectangular plan under a hipped roof. The roof is covered with anthracite-grey glazed Dutch tiles and provided with six roof dormers with six-light fanlights under flat roofs and two large chimneys on the ridge ends. On the corners of the facades ornamental quoins with false joints are mortared, the building is throughout provided with a mortared main cornice. The facades are articulated by fifteen-light sash windows, originally hung with venetian blinds.
In the front facade (W) is located between two windows a door with four-light window and a fanlight with diagonal glazing bars. In the left side facade (N) the same door is placed to the right of a window. In the right side facade (S) two windows, in the rear facade three. The fireplace, with black marble cladding, is preserved.
