Omschrijving onderdeel 30:
TUINBANKEN ORANJERIETUIN behorende tot de buitenplaats Twickel. Aan de kopse zijden van de oranjerietuin staan twee 17de-eeuwse tuinbanken van Franse kalksteen. Aan de westzijde een halfronde bank met drie armleuningen gevormd door leeuwen; in de rugleuning een plat reliëf met muziekmakende figuren. Aan de oostzijde een tuinbank op twee griffioenvormige voetstukken, als armleuning functioneren twee bollen ter vervanging van de twee in 1986 ontvreemde muziekmakende putti. De rugleuning heeft een in loodgegoten reliëf, dat gemonteerd is op een plaat beton, met een voorstelling van dansende nimfen en saterfiguren.

GARDEN BENCHES ORANGERY GARDEN belonging to the country estate Twickel. At the gable ends of the orangery garden stand two 17th-century garden benches of French limestone. On the west side a semicircular bench with three armrests formed by lions; in the backrest a flat relief with music-making figures. On the east side a garden bench on two griffon-shaped pedestals, with two spheres serving as armrests in place of the two music-making putti removed in 1986. The backrest has a relief cast in lead, which is mounted on a concrete slab, depicting dancing nymphs and satyr figures.
