Omschrijving bij onderdeel 25:
PRIEEL MET BOTENHUISJE behorende tot de buitenplaats Twickel. Op het eilandje in de grote vijver is een prieel gelegen, bereikbaar door een brede houten loopplank. Op vierkante grondslag gebouwd met palissaden wanden onder een met pannen gedekt samengesteld zadeldak (kruisvormig), dat op korbelen rust. De open veranda aan de voorkant heeft een overstekende steekkap steunend op korbelen, de achterkant is blind uitgevoerd. Aan drie zijden (oost, noord en zuid) is de geveltop voorzien van een ruitvormige decoratie van witte berkenstammetjes. In het water staat op palen een rechthoekig botenhuisje onder een met pannen gedekt schilddak met steekkapje. Bouwjaar ca. 1890 tijdens de Petzoldtijd. Tegenover het prieel op de vaste wal een houten schuur van recente datum en zodanig voor de bescherming van ondergeschikt belang.

PAVILION WITH BOAT HOUSE belonging to the country estate Twickel. On the islet in the large pond is a pavilion located, accessible by a wide wooden boardwalk. Built on a square ground plan with palisade walls under a hipped roof covered with tiles of composite form (cruciform), which rests on corbels. The open veranda at the front has an overhanging lean-to roof supported on corbels, the rear is left open. On three sides (east, north and south) the gable top is provided with a diamond-shaped decoration of white birch stems. In the water stands on piles a rectangular boat house under a hipped roof covered with tiles with small lean-to. Date of construction circa 1890 during the Petzold period. Opposite the pavilion on the firm ground a wooden shed of recent date and as such of secondary importance for protection.
