DIENSTGEBOUW (personeelswoning) met zuilenportico, gerealiseerd in 1832 naar ontwerp van de Amsterdamse architect Israël Warnsinck en oorspronkelijk bestemd tot woning voor de doodgraver annex bergplaats voor baren en gereedschappen e.d. Vier traveeën breed en drie traveeën diep deels onderkelderd gebouw op rechthoekige plattegrond, gedeeltelijk op natuurstenen plint opgetrokken uit witgepleisterde baksteen en gedekt door een samengesteld rieten schilddak met (vernieuwde) hoekschoorstenen; het overstekende voorschild rust op vijf houten kolommen met eenvoudig geprofileerde basementen en kapitelen; verkropte kroonlijst. In de voorgevel halfrondgesloten vensters met vierruitsverdeling onder en V-vormige indeling boven de tussendorpel. In de linker- respectievelijk de rechterzijgevel dito vensters, een opgeklampte toegangsdeur met halfrond bovenlicht met V-vormige indeling en dubbele opgeklampte deuren onder zware geprofileerde lijst; de indeling der overige gevels (deur en rechtgesloten meerruitsvensters), is niet meer geheel oorspronkelijk. Het INTERIEUR van de woning is aan moderne eisen aangepast en is voor de bescherming van ondergeschikt belang.

Description
SERVICE BUILDING (staff residence) with columned portico, realized in 1832 after a design by Amsterdam architect Israël Warnsinck and originally intended as a residence for the gravedigger together with a storage place for coffins and tools etc. Four bays wide and three bays deep, partly cellaraged building on rectangular plan, partially erected on a natural stone plinth from whitewashed brick and covered by a composite thatched hipped roof with (renewed) corner chimneys; the overhanging front roof rests on five wooden columns with simply profiled bases and capitals; coved cornice. In the front facade semi-circular-closed windows with four-pane glazing bars below and V-shaped glazing bars above the transom. In the left and right side facades similarly designed windows, a clamped entrance door with semi-circular fanlight with V-shaped glazing bars and double clamped doors beneath heavy profiled moulding; the arrangement of the remaining facades (door and rectangular multi-pane windows) is no longer entirely original. The INTERIOR of the residence has been adapted to modern requirements and is of secondary importance for the protection.
