Inleiding
Gebouwd in 1911 als potstal naar ontwerp van G. Otten Jzn. De stijl is een afgeleide van het hoofdgebouw. Ondanks wijzigingen, onder meer de aanbouw van een jongere kapschuur, is het gebouw herkenbaar gebleven en waardevol vanwege de samenhang met het hoofdgebouw.
Omschrijving
Potstal in baksteen opgetrekken op langgerekt grondplan en gedekt door een zadeldak met pannen. Zijgevels met getoogde negenruits gietijzeren stalvensters. Voorgevel met rechtgesloten vensters en pleisterwerk in top; achtergevel met getoogde deur; aan weerkanten getoogde gietijzeren stalvensters; dubbele paneeldeur in de top met I-profiel trijs en aan weerskanten een gietijzeren rondvenster.

Covered yard shed built in brick on an elongated ground plan and covered by a gabled roof with tiles. Side facades with arched nine-pane cast-iron stable windows. Front facade with rectangular closed windows and plasterwork at the top; rear facade with arched door; on either side arched cast-iron stable windows; double panel door at the top with I-beam tie and on either side a cast-iron round window.
