Inleiding
Bijschuur gebouwd rond 1910-1915 gelijktijdig met het in Art Nouveau-stijl gebouwde hoofdgebouw en daarmee vermoedelijk ontworpen door G. Otten Jzn.. De schuur staat ten zuiden van de boerderij.
Omschrijving
Bijschuur opgetrokken in baksteen en gedekt door een zadeldak belegd met geglazuurde muldenpan. De voorgevel bevat twee vijfkantige vensters met roedeverdeling en een klein gietijzeren roosvenster in de top; windveren. Zijgevels met loop- en wagendeuren alsmede brede getoogde gietijzeren stalvensters. Achtergevel met twee getoogde gietijzeren stalvensters.
Waardering
Bijschuur van cultuurhistorisch en architectuurhistorisch belang als essentieel onderdeel van het complex. Gaaf.

Auxiliary barn built in brick and covered by a gabled roof tiled with glazed barrel tiles. The front facade contains two pentagonal windows with glazing bars and a small cast-iron grille window in the gable; weathervanes. Side facades with passageway and cart doors as well as broad arched cast-iron stable windows. Rear facade with two arched cast-iron stable windows.
Assessment
Auxiliary barn of cultural-historical and architectural-historical interest as an essential component of the complex. Intact.
