Boerderij van het hallehuis-type met een dwarsdeel gebouwd in 1914 in ambachtelijk-traditionele stijl.
Omschrijving
Boerderij opgetrokken in machinale baksteen en gedekt met een afgewolfd rietdak; schoorsteen in de nok; windveren aan voorzijde. Woonhuis met gepleisterde plint. De asymmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel is voorzien van licht getoogde T-vensters; verdieping met twee vier-ruits vensters. Rechterzijgevel met een T-venster; toegangsdeur; baanderdeur met een links geplaatste loopdeur met bovenlicht. Daarnaast een sprong naar de lagere zijgevel van de schuur waarin mestdeuren en licht getoogde drieruits stalvensters. De achtergevel is vernieuwd. De linkerzijgevel is deels aangepast ten behoeve van de keuken; sprong naar de zijgevel; mestdeuren en stalvensters alsmede een dubbele mestdeur op de achterste hoek.
INTERIEUR: de schuur heeft een constructie met deels oudere ankerbalkgebinten; de deel heeft een lemen vloer; paardestal met ruif en voorraadbakken.
Waardering
Boerderij van architectuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang vanwege de vormgeving en het materiaalgebruik (hergebruik oude materialen en nieuwe vroeg twintigste eeuwse materialen) alsmede vanwege de ligging ten opzichte van de andere onderdelen, het erf en het bijzondere gebied Hees; in hoofdlijnen gaaf.

Description
Farmhouse built in machine-made brick and covered with a curved reed roof; chimney in the ridge; wind-braces at front. Residential part with plastered plinth. The asymmetrically laid-out front facade is provided with slightly arched T-windows; upper storey with two four-light windows. Right side facade with a T-window; entrance door; barn door with a pedestrian door placed on the left with fanlight. Adjacent a step down to the lower side facade of the barn in which manure doors and slightly arched three-light stable windows. The rear facade is renewed. The left side facade is partly adapted for the kitchen; step down to the side facade; manure doors and stable windows as well as a double manure door at the rear corner.
INTERIOR: the barn has a structure with partly older anchor-beam timber frames; the threshing floor has an earth floor; horse stable with manger and storage boxes.
Valuation
Farmhouse of architectural-historical and urban planning importance by virtue of the design and material use (reuse of old materials and new early twentieth-century materials) as well as by virtue of its location in relation to the other components, the farmyard and the special area Hees; substantially intact.
